About Me
I help technical school students and graduates get the life they want from the degree they've earned
My Background
Education
I have an engineering degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Indiana University. My life coach training is through Coach Training Alliance and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Employment
I worked for Procter and Gamble for 32 years in roles that encompassed manufacturing operations, quality, material technology entrepreneurship, and research and development across categories and brands such as Puffs, Swiffer, Head & Shoulders, and Pampers. But a common theme through my entire career was coaching people, which I found to be the most rewarding aspect of my career, both on career as well as basic life questions and growth and development. It is because of this I decided to become a life coach after retiring from P&G.

Specialization
While people often have similar goals across background and careers, financial and familial stability being examples of this, I've chosen to specialize in coaching students and new graduates of trade and technical schools. Often the schools themselves, while providing a strong technical education, don't have the resources to go beyond that and students and recent graduates are often asking "Now that I've earned this degree (and worked hard for it!) how do I get the life I want?" That's where I help.
Who I Help
I help people chart their course to the life and goals they want. While I specialize in students and new graduates this can also include others looking to reset or start anew on their career and life journey. If you feel stuck, or not sure how to balance the challenges of life, how to build the plan to get to your desired destination, I can help. If you're not seeing the forest for the trees and feel like you're just getting by rather than making tangible progress, I can help. If you're having trouble "adulting" and not enjoying it because it feels like there's never any progress, I can help.
How I Do It
I'm a life coach and I use techniques perfected over decades to help clients achieve their dreams. You determine the agenda and the takeaways of each session and together we create the path to get there. I serve as co-creator and a thinking partner, helping clients shift perspectives, to analyze their own thinking, to strategize, set goals, and make plans. And I help with the accountability to achieve them. To read more about life coaching click the button.

-
A sense of control and purpose going forward.
